Section 3: Hazardous Identification Effects of Overexposure – Breathing: Albino rats exposed to a respirable aerosol made from a solution of stabilized chlorine dioxide at levels up to 2.8mg/L for one hour resulted in no deaths or gross pathology Eye Contact: In extremely rare cases a minor ocular irritation may occur. Skin Contact: Modified Draize tests on albino rabbits showed no dermal irritation on prolonged contact. Swallowing: Acute oral toxicity in albino rats: LD50 = > 1,500 mg/kg. Category III. Chronic: At the dilution’s used in this formulation chlorine dioxide and all other components were found to be NON-Toxic, NON-HAZARDOUS, and ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE. Aller-Rx Denaturant is readily biodegradable according to OECD Method, Modified Strum Test.
Section 4: First Aid Measures In section 3 we indicated potential routes of entry and listed all applicable test data, for further clarification we state: Breathing: In the unlikely case that someone has a reaction to vapors remove individual and allow them to breath fresh air. No further treatment is required. Eye Contact: Rinse with clean water utilizing eye wash equipment or clean water for 15 minutes. No medical attention is required. Swallowing: If material is swallowed do not induce vomiting. We recommend that the individual be given a glass of water. Skin Contact: Use normal hygiene practices. No special precautions needed.

Special Fire Fighting Procedures: None Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: None
Section 6: Accidental Release Measures Small quantities of material spilled under 55 Gallons should be mopped and ventilator fans should be used to dry up materials to prevent a Slip or Fall Hazard. In the case of larger spills the material can be diked or contained, mopped up and the excess material once contained can be dried up with an absorbent material.A spill provides no environmental concerns.
Section 7: Handling and Storage Handling and Storage Precautions: Keep material away from excessive heat, and strong acids, do not store near fire and or open flame. Do not transfer material to other bottles or unlabelled containers. Do not reuse empty containers. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Section 8: Exposure Controls / Personal Protection Respiratory Protection: None required. If consumer product accidentally contacts strong acids in a restricted ventilation area, avoid breathing the vapors, and allow adequate time for the vapors to disperse. Ventilation: No special ventilation measures needed. Protective Gloves: Not required. Eye Protection: None required. Other Protection: None required. Hygiene: No special requirements needed.
